Instructions
Preheat the oven to 220'C
Roast the pumpkin with the olive oil, rosemary and honey for 20 minutes turning once.
Saute onion and garlic in a little olive oil until translucent.
Combine all the filling ingredients in a large bowl, season with salt and pepper.
Place the pastry sheet on a baking tray, cutting 'plaits' a third of the way in from each side.
Pile the filling along the middle, plait the sides over the filling. Brush with the beaten egg yolk and sprinkle with the sesame seeds.
Cook for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
