Rhubarb Champagne
Ingredients
- 4.5 litres water
- 3.5 cups rhubarb chopped
- 3.5 cups sugar
- 1 lemon chopped
- 11 tablespoons white vinegar
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together in a big pan
- Let the mixture stand for 48 hours
- Strain and put into bottles with screw top lids
- Allow 'champagne' to mature 2 weeks before using
