Broccoli Stir fried with garlic and chilli

Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic crushed
- 2 red chillies sliced; or one teaspoon dried chilli flakes
- 300 grams broccoli
Instructions
- Heat the oil to medium heat and add the garlic and chilli, cook gently for 2 minutes. Add the broccoli and cook for a further 5 minutes.
- If you like your broccoli a little softer, blanch for a couple of minutes then drain and add to the pan with the garlic and chilli.
