Recipes

We all have our favourite recipe books that we go back to time and again. One of my favourite, all round cookery writers is Hugh Fearnley- Whittingstall, from the UK series ‘River Cottage’. If I fancy something Italian, I don’t think you can go too far wrong with Antonio Carluccio and Yotam Ottalonghi is great for Middle Eastern. For some interesting, slightly different recipes, using some more unusual ingredients, ‘Vegetable, grains and other stuff’ by Simon Bryant, (The cook and the chef) is a good read.
