Bacon, Broad Bean and Asparagus Salad with Crispy Croutons

  1. Fry the bacon in a dry frying pan until crisp, remove from pan and set aside to cool
  2. In the same pan, fry the croutons adding some olive oil, if needed, until they are crisp and golden
  3. Blanch the broad beans and asparagus for 3 minutes, then refresh with cold water
  4. Top the washed salad leaves with the other ingredients and drizzle with your favourite dressing
