Zucchini and Poppyseed Cake

Cook Time 50 Minutes
Ingredients
- 175 grams Self-Raising Flour
- 50 grams Wholemeal Flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- pinch salt
- 3 eggs
- 115 ml oil
- 150 grams soft brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons poppy seeds
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 300 grams zucchini grated
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180'C
- Mix together dry ingredients
- Beat together eggs, oil, sugar, vanilla and poppy seeds
- Stir into dry ingredients, and then stir in grated zucchini
- Bake at 180'C for 45-50 minutes
