Melt the butter and honey in a small saucepan, then pour the melted butter and honey into the bowl of dry ingredients, mix together. Line an 18 cm x 26 cm (or equivalent) baking tin with baking paper and fill with the ingredients from the mixing bowl. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20 mins. Serve as short slice biscuits or add to yogurt with a drizzle of honey as an alternative to muesli.
