Broccoli Breakfast Fritters

Ingredients
- 150 grams broccoli sprouts
- 50 grams plain flour
- 50 grams cheese tasty grated or crumbled fetta
- 2 eggs beaten
- salt and pepper to taste
- butter and olive oil to fry
Instructions
- Blanch broccoli and roughly chop
- Combine all the ingredients
- Heat butter and oil in a large frying pan, drop spoonfuls of the broccoli batter into the frying pan to make 4 fritters. Cook well until golden brown on one side then flip and carry on until both sides are golden brown
Recipe Notes
I like to serve with chilli sauce, but any sauce you like is good.
